Executive Director

As a dedicated member of the Columbus community, I actively serve as a member of Columbus Read, the Anderson Grove Civic Association, and Friendly City Garden. With over 28 years as a hospitality manager, I have honed my leadership skills and developed a strong commitment to service. Additionally, I am a certified Notary Public and a passionate Bible Band teacher, fostering growth and education within my community. My diverse background reflects my commitment to making a positive impact and supporting others on their journey to success.

Book Keeper/Job Placement Coordinator

40 years of experience in various sectors of the hospitality industry, at leading companies such as Heritage Inn and Best Western. General management experience, along with problem-solving, communication, and multitasking. Supports our participants by connecting them with employment opportunities in the hospitality industry.

TAMARA JONES

Case Manager

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, utilization management, child welfare, and correctional mental health systems. She specializes in clinical governance, program oversight, and regulatory compliance, recognized for driving quality outcomes and leading high-performing clinical teams.

Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Utilization Case Manager II at Elevance Health, Tamara collaborates with medical professionals to ensure quality care and efficient resource use. She also provides psychotherapy and crisis intervention in correctional settings with Wellpath Care.

Tamara holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Mississippi State University, and she is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Ohio.

LAWRENCE PINCKNEY

Budgeting Counselor

Lawrence is a Financial Consultant for Granger Financial in the Washington D.C. area. He has served in the financial services industry for over  12 years. He work with individuals and families to simplify money—teaching budgeting, credit, and everyday financial decision-making in a way that’s practical and easy to understand. . Throughout his professional career he has held several  positions focusing on personal finance. Originally Washington D.C. he attended St Augustine University in Raleigh NC. There, he obtained his Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. He is passionate about the world of finances particularly
educating the community and helping them succeed with their financial needs. His focus is on helping returning citizens gain confidence with money, avoid common financial traps, and build habits that support long-term stability.
