Notary. Handle all unemployment cases. Respond to guest surveys and customer complaints. Rated 8.25 overall in breakfast department and 8.25 in satisfactory of guest surveys out of 10.

Bookkeeping and tax planning and active Board Member for the Last House on the Block (a sober living environment that provides support for men completing drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs).

Memphis, TN - Provision of individual psychotherapy/counseling to inmates with the goals of reducing maladaptive behavior and fostering effective psychological functioning. Provision of crisis intervention services to inmates as referred by institutional and medical staff or to self-referred inmates since July 2014.

Financial Coach 

John has experience as a Branch Manager for Wells Fargo, where he provided coaching to personal bankers to improve their customer service skills and equipped them with the necessary assessment materials to meet customers' financial needs and goals. He developed and implemented a sales and service plan, established partnerships with various corporate departments, and maintained relationships with partnering businesses to acquire new customers. He also provided leadership through one-on-one coaching, team meetings, and end-of-day meetings, facilitated monthly career development meetings, identified training opportunities, and increased business acquisitions by 12% quarter over quarter through fostering relationships with community business leaders.

Jamella brings a wealth of knowledge to our team and participants with her Master’s Degree in School Counseling. She is a graduate of American Military University & Mercy College and an asset to our advisory board.
